The consequence and outcome of random events has led me to consider Chaos Theory in my work as a painter and photographer. On the surface Chaos Theory describes systems that are disordered. But the theory is really about finding the underlying order in apparently random data and patterns. This focus leads me to explore where we as individuals fit into larger patterns both physically and spiritually and is expressed at the heart of my creative work.
